📜 Tournament Guidelines & Terms

  1. All participants are required to bring their own racket, and other necessary equipment. Shuttlecocks will be provided by the organizers.
  2. Non-marking shoes are mandatory. Players without appropriate footwear must play barefoot to protect the court surface.
  3. Venue: Playall Sports Complex, Sector 73, Noida (Indoor Synthetic Court)
  4. Date: Yet to Announce
  5. All finalized members will be communicated tournament schedule, draw brackets, match timings and payment options via WhatsApp soon after registration closes.
  6. Last Date to Apply: 10th March, 2026, 11:59 PM. No late entries will be entertained.
  7. Open to All: There are no restrictions for anyone to join. Share this opportunity with anyone you wish to see as a winner!
  8. Please note that at least 10 participants are required for each category to proceed with the tournament. If a category does not meet this minimum, it will be canceled, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
  9. The organizers (ThunderShuttle Sports Academy) reserve the right to modify tournament rules, schedule, or format if necessary. All participants will be promptly notified of any changes.
  10. By registering, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in competitive badminton and release the organizers from any liability for injuries sustained during the tournament. A basic medical kit will be available on-site.
  11. The exact badminton racket awarded as a prize will depend on participation volume; images shown are for illustration purposes.
  12. A participation certificate shall be awarded to all eligible participants who successfully complete the event.
